Teams & Permissions

FlyWP supports team collaboration with role-based access control.

Roles

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full access, billing, can delete the organization
Admin	Manage servers, sites, and team members
Developer	Manage sites and deployments, no server/billing access
Viewer	Read-only access to dashboards and logs

Inviting Team Members

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address and select a role
4. They will receive an invitation email with a link to join

Per-Server Permissions

You can restrict team members to specific servers. On the team member's settings page, toggle Restrict to specific servers and select which servers they can access.

Audit Log

All actions performed by team members are logged. Go to Settings → Audit Log to see who did what and when.
